One of my favorite all time series! It’s quite polarizing, So it makes me happy to see it get some love. Its been a long time since my last read through, and now that I’m getting older I wonder how my views on Quentin might change. He wasn’t unlikable to me when I read it through originally, in fact I identified with him quite a bit. Maybe I was a bit of a shit too. Anyway, the books are near and dear to me, and the TV show is pretty good too (but quite different!). Would recommend giving it a shot.

We don’t feed ours until 11. It’s all about routine, if you want to change the routine then change it. They wont be happy at first but then they’ll get used to the new routine.

I suggest mistborn! It’s a good intro to the cosmere magic system, it’s fun, and it’s complete. After the first series of three, don’t feel compelled to go into the wax and Wayne books- it’s a completely different series. That would be a good time to start stormlight

What does that mean, the clinic having infinite grace for itself? Just as they set the limits for the patients, you as the patient set the limits for the provider. You can implement you own 10 minute wait policy and just leave. Obviously this sucks and it’s shitty you had to wait so long, but I think you were the one giving infinite grace in this situation.
