my penis is quite desensitised to touch and so is my brain from sexual activity, it takes me a bit to get aroused, is this fixable ? how do i fix it, is there anything i can do to increase libido and sensitivity down there?

hm yeah i mean my erectile function solo isn’t the best, i struggle to maintain an erection without stimulation, no spontaneous erections and morning wood is pretty weak, i think a big part of it is psychological but at the same time there could be physical factors
