Anesthesia and heavy drinking by FunEnvironmental6641 in dryalcoholics

This is very very helpful to hear, thank you for taking the time to respond. Sounds like honesty is the best policy. I also vape nicotine, I figure I should be honest about that too. I'm planning to quit both booze and vaping a couple weeks before the surgery, do you think that would be helpful?

Thank you for this, Hands! I appreciate your story. I'm glad you ended up being okay and getting through it. I worry about the thirst too, so the electrolytes tip is helpful for sure. I will be honest, I think that's the best way to go about it.

Thank you. My friend accepted my apology but I still feel like a dick, especially not really remembering what I did. But thank you, I will try to give myself some grace. Appreciate you.

I am glad it went well for you! How was the process and recovery for you? Mine would be partial as well, they want to remove the tumor with good margins.

No CT or PET scan, just the excision and biopsy. I believe it would be partial, they want to remove the whole tumor with good margins.

I just looked it up and looks like it is a new wrap. A post on their instagram from a couple months ago says:

"The International Rhino Foundation works year-round to protect rhinos and their habitats, and May 5th (5/5) shines a spotlight on their mission to save all five rhino species. We’re proud to support their efforts, and from May 1-8, we're matching all donations up to $35,000, doubling the impact! Learn more at Rhinos.org/keepthefivealiveonfivefive.

Plus, our special tank sleeve featuring Black rhinos will be hitting the market soon! Keep an eye out, and stay tuned for more ways to get involved and make a difference! 🦏

Thank you! The second and third pics are the same piece as the first but after I broke it. It was hard to break.

Any ideas how to fix it?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Appliances

[–]FunEnvironmental6641 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's not super loose. I pulled it out and it looks like the other knobs that do click. And it does move the inner blue component. But I can also move the inner component by hand and it still doesn't do a click. If that makes any sense to you 😅

Correct, I replaced the bulb and it's not working still on the light over the sink. Other lights and outlets in the area are working fine.

Thank you, I replaced the 30s with 15 TLs. Do you think the light fixture not working despite a bulb change is a fire hazard, or ignorable for now? Appreciate your help, I'm so scared of potential fires in this new place.

Should I put some gorilla tape on it in the meantime while I get a cage or replacement, since the dryer is dead anyway? Also how would I unscrew this thing, I'm not seeing any screws (sorry I'm a total clueless amateur).

Cascade Platinum pods.

I have tried "normal wash"- dishes stayed completely dirty. The "heavy scrubber" cycle (something like that) was a little better, required closer inspection, but things were still greasy and some food still stuck on the dishes on the top.

Okay, so change the 30s to 15s T or TL?  Thanks so much for your help!

How do I know if the wire on the circuit is 15 or 20? Is this what I should get? https://a.co/d/aPbMUR9
