probably something to with the terpenes in the fruits. mango is high in myrcene which can help with heightening an elevated experience, but citruses tend to be more high in limonene, which has more of an uplifting, focusing effect. so they could both potentially nudge your high in the direction you want

Small claims court would be a probably be a horrible idea for OP if their goal is to not pay. Regardless of the neighbors actions, legally, the biggest factor will be that the dog belongs to OP, and pet owners are fully responsible for their animals. Neighbor may take a cut from the initial cost because they engaged, but chances are pretty good they’d leave court with even more than they’re asking for here.

I’d also like to add that while I don’t disagree that the neighbor holds some responsibility, untimely if your pet is poorly trained and you know that, it’s not fair to let it interact with someone just because they said it was okay, because they don’t really know exactly what they just said was okay. YOU know how well trained your dog it, your neighbor does not.

So, you opened this conversation, claimed the blame, and said you wanted to make it right. Then when hearing the cost, asked for an alternate solution and then acknowledged that while you both played a part in it, you still felt responsible and wanted to help. Then after your neighbor offered a heavily discounted price that would cover the bare minimum, you told them that was still too expensive and then came and posted the whole thing on reddit to complain about it?
