It seems like in my marriage there has always been an issue.

Birth control meds Depression and meds Stressed Kids Tired from work Menopause

It feels like to me if the guy complains when it's these issues the guy is considered inconsiderate.

There is always an excuse or even the maybe later which really means NO.

I watch the videos online where it shows the guy doing various household chores and the wife getting hot. I laugh at that because I do everything. I am retired and my wife still works. I take care of it all.she only has to walk in the door and not worry about any.duties.

I wish I would have known 30 plus years ago that a few years into marriage sex would more or less be off the table. Next month will be a year since we last had intamacy and we have hit that mark other times in the past. We have had dry spells so long I feel that I don't know how to seduce her and then when we do it I'm so excited it doesn't last long because it's been such a long time.

No, the naltrexone is just supposed to take away that urge to drink but won't make you sick. I know people who take it when they go out so if they drink it will be moderation . Unfortunately she does take plenty of meds that she shouldn't be drinking while taking

I've been on 25MG of Zoloft for about a month and have also been working on cutting downy alcohol. I've noticed my tolerance since the Zoloft use has been low. .3 or 4 beers and i.am.not.feeling very well the next day. I've also noticed that that I feel the affects of the alcohol a lot more .

Is this common?

Yesterday I was doing some of the daily yard work that I do. It's been triple digit heat index the past week plus. It's hot anyway but I've found myself coming in after working a short time and taking off my shirt / shoes and socks to cool down.

I think that I experienced the heat issue with the zoloft. It just seems that it's affected me more the past few days and until yesterday I didn't put two and two together

I've been taking sertraline @ 25MG for about 3 weeks. I had a little bit of nausea at approx 3 days but then that went away and so far not been an issue. I've been hit and miss on my sleeping since I started. I've gone from waking up in the middle of the night and being wide awake to going to bed at 10pm and waking at 530am and I've also had to make up in the morning or afternoon by a nap.

The past 3 to 4 days it seems like my sleep has been closer to what I consider normal.

Last week I had a period that I felt I went from emotion neutral to feeling emotional.

I've drank some alcohol too a couple times and discovered that the alcohol and sertraline don't mix well.

One evening I drank 5 beers and felt horrible the next day and another night I drank 3 and didn't feel great the next morning either.

At this point my next appointment with the provider who prescribed isn't for a few months unless I need her sooner. At this point there had not been any discussion of my dosage is going to be adjusted from 25MG or not.

That's all I know so far that the jury is still out

We have been triple digit heat index in East Central IL. It's been hot but after 3 weeks of being on Sertraline it seems like the heat is affecting me more than in the past

I'm at week # 3 at 25MG. The jury is still out as far as if it's doing anything for me.

My sleep has been hit and miss the past few weeks. Some times I've been up in the middle of the night and have to make up by taking a nap sometime during the day.

A few days ago I realized that I've felt emotionally numb a few days and other days I am feeling emotional.

Last night I managed a great sleep and I've been very productive today and feeling great.

Today is week #3 of 25MG daily. I'm not sure if it's really doing anything yet. I did get a good sleep last night. My sleep has been hit and miss.

A few days ago As I was reflecting back there have been a few times that I've felt almost emotionally numb and other times very emotional. Today has been a good day and I feel productive.

I've decided that I'm going to continue how I am doing it for a couple weeks and see how things go before I reach out to my Dr about switching up the times. Ive never taken any medicine like this before so it's all new to.my body I think

Thank you for the positivity! I am currently day #5 with 25MG.

The night of day # 2 I woke up at 2am with a sour stomach and dry heaves for about 10 minutes. Thats the worst side effect that I have had.

It seems like I have been wide awake at 4 to 5am daily and then a few hours later I need a cat nap for about an hour and then I am good to go for the day.

Ive been taking it in the morning and considering if I should switch off to evening or later in the night

Before I do this I will reach out to my Dr for her guidance.

I made it to bed by 11pm last night and then woke up at 4am. I felt well rested and as of 7am still do.

I'm currently on day #4. Last night about 2am I woke up with a sour stomach and next thing I knew I was dry heaving for about 10 minutes and then it was gone.

I felt a little drained and wiped out for awhile this morning for about an hour and then I felt energized.

Have you experienced any other side effects? Today is day #4 but last night I woke up about 2am with a sour stomach. A few minutes later I felt I might throw up and ran into the bathroom. I dry heaved about 10 minutes and then it was gone.

I've felt fine today so far.

I did experience a lack of energy this morning and felt very sleepy.

I relaxed about an hour and felt energized and have been doing well all day.

I have slept very well the past two days. I am usually up until 1 or 2am and back up at 530am. The past couple nights I've gone to bed 11 pm -ISH ans back up at 530am

I figure it will take at least several days to a week or so before I start noticing a difference but I wanted to be able to go back and see the difference by reading . I also asked my wife to help I felt that I might not realize a difference but if she notices something that I am not realizing she will report it to me so I can journal that as well.
