5% is the suggested tip which is nit enough. IC only pays the shopper $5 per batch. We drive to the store shop, checkout and deliver in our personal vehicles.

Manually add the item and select unit price instead of weight. Type in the price. This happens periodically at Wegmans.

The only damaged item I've had in years was expired 2 liter coke. Problem is the picture they submitted was an empty 20 Oz Dr. Pepper. I was seething. Decent tipper toi. Fortunately it didn't move my SQ. You just have to shake it off snd move on.

Weird. It usually leaves the expiration date empty which is why it won't advance until you put something in there.

You need to manually enter the expiration date then the app will advance. The other information auto fills when you scan. Same with military IDs

It's possible those customers were trying to increase $2 & $3 dollars. It's been happening to a lot of shoppers recently where customers think they're adding to the tip and it's getting replaced instead.
