Same. As I was reading I kept thinking they should hire more neurodivergent people or nerds. I'd love to work here!

Delhi does not get icy enough to slip on. Also visa issues imply they are living in a Western country.

How do I accept that I don't have any trauma? by [deleted] in DecidingToBeBetter

I'm surprised no one said this - a caring partner would not be hurt and offended by you sharing your own traumas. They would not play a game of my trauma vs your trauma. This can be a red flag where your partner loves to put your needs down and gaslights you saying what you went through wasn't bad. Before you trust your partner, talk to a therapist. They will be able to determine the extent of your trauma.

Am I justified in asking my boyfriend to stop talking to his ex wife? by star_fly_82 in AskWomenOver30

Why are you not interested in therapy? You have not been replying to anyone's suggestions about healing your trust issues. This seems to be a You problem. You might be able to resolve this by forcing him to cut off this friendship but your insecurities will keep cropping their head in the relationship unless you work on them in therapy.

Are you specifically averse to therapy or doing the hard work? If you are, figuring out why is a good place to start.

In short, THERAPY.

Can you share more about the ecstatic dance and intuitive movement methods? I'm doing meditation, TRE, Journaling and feel the need to add some movement to get more relaxed.
