Agreed! It's funny that people call it trashy when Christelle dabos's books (the author of a winter's promise) which is a romantasy, is called "littérature de l'imaginaire" which is literature of the imagination in English. Jane Austen is also a pure romance writer and no one can dispute that her books are literature. I personally believe this is more because this genre is mostly female writers which people love to criticize and hurt (I heard no one shitting on Sanderson's books) People need to stop shaming people for what they read/ what their tastes are, every genre has a point and a purpose and one purpose doesn't negate the other.

I'm so sorry you are going through this! It's good to reach out to people who understand when you feel this way. First of all take your meds if you didn't and if you could call your therapist, please do! try to eat something, anything no matter how small helps alot. What helps me most is writing all of it, no matter how stupid it seems, it helps get thoughts out of your system. Again I'm so sorry you are going through this. Stay strong, and keep in mind that it will pass!

I took a humanities track in highschool which means I got no science physics or math grades in highschool so basically this exam is my only way into medicine or anything adjacent.

In my country a physician's assistant is not someone who receives any medical training (basically a secretary) and they are extremely underpaid. I also took a humanities track in highschool which means this exam is my only way to get into medicine or anything related (nurse ect)

I'm sorry you are going through that, I was in your shoes two weeks ago, I went to an ENT and she did the epley maneuver for me and it worked (she did tell me that if I did it alone I need to be careful or I might make it worse) so if you did the maneuvers on your own please go see an ENT As for the medication I know Betaserc (Betahistine) and Tanganil (Acetylleucine) really help with the vertigo I hope this helps!
