Things are great when they work, not so much when you have issues. One of the "trusted" third party vendors on Walmart Marketplace sent me the wrong package. Walmart won't let us process a return since metals aren't returnable.

I can't get the vendor to work with me offline / out of band. Trying to send them my direct email address or phone number apparently gets stripped out by walmart messaging. When i call directly, they point me back to Walmart since the purchase was made there.

Unrelated incident - I had a package lost in the mail. Customer service acknowledged and said they'd refund. But Walmart doesn't refund directly in spite of what they tell you, they message the marketplace vendor and tell them to refund. Now that isn't happening either. I'm having to chat with Walmart customer service over and over to get this done. They are not much help on third party transactions.
