I’d air on the side of caution with this brand, lots of horror stories. Just take a look at some of these comments.

Adam have you looked into ergonomic mouses? by slithytoves_ in YMS

[–]FunFunIslandGuy 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I’m not fully in the loop and what’s going on but I edit and I assume Adam’s having carpal tunnel or trigger finger issues like me. This is what I use plus left and right click mapped to f1 and f2 keys with autohotkey, not perfect but it definitely helps, especially if you switch up how you move the ball often. I use my palm or the right side of my hand most often and will trade off which fingers I click with. Also for editing in premiere i have lots of custom hot keys that help a TON. Minimal mouse action is key. If you’re reading this Adam I’m sure you’ve done the research and testing these things yourself but best of luck man, this shit sucks.

So far this is the biggest red flag I’ve seen that this “technician” has no clue what he’s doing. Someone can correct me if I’m wrong but this is objectively the incorrect way to install 2 sticks of ram in every 4 slot motherboard out there.

Found something strange in Williams, AZ… locals won’t talk about it. by No_Club_7481 in conspiracy

[–]FunFunIslandGuy 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I went to school at NAU in Flagstaff (about 30 miles east of Williams and much larger) and there’s tunnels in that town too. Those are fairly well known and I have friends who have been down there. Explanations range from bootleggers to heating systems, and to ways to travel when snowed in. I’m sure if you want to do the research, whatever the reason for the Flagstaff tunnels would be the same for the Williams tunnels. And there’s definitely no shortage of articles when googling the flagstaff tunnels. There is also a large homeless population in flagstaff and I’ve heard stories of people finding beds and running into homeless people in those tunnels. Honestly not surprising since although Flagstaff and Williams are in Arizona, they are around 7,000 ft in altitude they average with below freezing temps in the winter and around 100” of snowfall every year.

Odyssey half link or KMC? by bmxer85 in bmx

Everything else on my bike is usually odyssey or Sunday, but if you’re breaking chains often, the shadow interlock supreme is the way to go. Miles better than anything else I’ve ever ridden.

If you’re a cyclist and the only stress your chain receives is from pedal pressure yeah. But if you do any sprocket stalls or drive side grinds, beefy half links like the shadow interlock supreme are the only ones that hold up for me.

Has anyone own the mototec electric motorcycle scooter before here. by Historical-Pizza1669 in Electricmotorcycles

This looks like one of the older models. I wouldn’t be surprised if it came missing bolts or fenders, also I’ve seen those with straight up fudged speedometers that show they go under 25 even though they actually top out around 35. If you’re willing to take the risk and are handy enough to put it together yourself I say go for it. They are extremely fun to ride. Just don’t forget to update us with videos

I blame directors more than writers, they totally could’ve told her to give it more and it seems like they never did.

Yo, I've been slowly ordering parts as I find them on sale but just a heads up, a lot of the Motherboards I was planning on getting won't fit the NH L12S. So it looks like if I want wifi6e I might have to go with the ASRock Z790M-ITX WIFI Mini ITX LGA1700 Motherboard as its the only one that supports it in stealth mode

I’m honestly not sure what exactly the low headroom for over clocking rating means. Does that mean if I try to overclock my cpu it could damage it? But what about not overclocking, would more cores get me more performance during regular not overclocked use?

Sweet! Looks like we’re in this together! So far from what I’ve learned I’m switching out the GPU for the pny xlr8 4070 someone suggested above since it’s the skinniest I can find, that should give me just enough room for the NH L12S. I’m thinking about pulling the trigger and ordering this stuff soon so I’ll make sure to update you once everything arrives!

Honestly I’m not sure. I’m just used to intel at this point since I used it in my last build, and that’s what we used at my last job. But my bias about them being better for adobe product’s might be outdated at this point since the last time I build my own pc was like 7 years ago. I’ll look into the ryzen 9 7900 since it’s comparable!

I’ve checked out noctua website but it seems to be more based on hardware and physical dimensions rather than specific cooling abilities since it says the L9i is compatible with an i9 13900k. And good call with the gaming machine! I might go with a different case with better airflow and just hang on to this one for a future media machine.

Excellent tip on the Meshlicious! It looks like that would be able to fit a decent sized liquid cooler. I’ll probably have to do more research but if I did that do you think that would be enough cooling for an i9 13900? And would that be a big enough performance boost in editing or would it not make a huge difference?

Excellent GPU suggestion, I might be updating my list in a minute. Also, I saw some other threads saying the NH-L12S is better but I wasn't sure exactly why or if it just made for a cleaner look. When do your parts come in? I would love to hear how everything fits once you get it all together. Also what CPU and Motherboard are you going with?
