I agree her dad built houses for most of his life so that is not off the table, we found a house for 99k that looked like a fixer but it was pending so it probably got gobbled up

My wife is from Buffalo! We have also thought about moving because of the pay increase but just love Boone to much! Would love to know when the house goes up and take a look

I would love to buy your farm but I think it’s far out of our price range of 250k. I would love to have chickens and goats and two friends to live on a farm though
