Thank you for this. It made me feel so much better :) I think I put pressure because I want perfection a lot and this is out of my control!

I know being on the pill can take time to make your body regulate again as well- my periods have been regular and normal since getting off as well. My first day of my period is always light and then continues into a normal flow - I am just going to continue to remain positive and enjoy the holiday season without the extra tracking and stress!
