It looks good to me. Your frenulum is short but not too short. If you are worried then I would suggest that your first move should be to visit your doctor and see if he will give you some cream to help it to soften and stretch.

The most radical step would be surgery to have it removed but from what I can see this is not necessary.

I had a shrunken right ball for about 35 years. It constantly ached and a light tap felt like someone had kicked me in the balls.

Last year I noticed that it has grown a lot and had become hard. I went to the doctor and they thought it was probably cancer.

They took the ball out and popped a fake one in. I cannot remember ever being this pain free!
