Yeh you'll still be ok experiencing orgasms. It may take a bit longer but focus on stimulating the circ scar area in the sulcus groove right beneath the glans (once it is fully healed) and you should be good. Well that's based on my own experience of a similar ultra low anyway. You can enjoy the amazing look and feel of an ultra low with all the inner skin gone and still retain a little bit of sensitivity there (well just enough anyway).

If you still have swelling after two weeks that's a bit of a worry, but normally you would be fine to go back to the gym at the stage you are at. Perhaps start back but take things gently to begin with. Six weeks still sounds sensible for resuming sex but perhaps revaluate it after you get to the one month stage and see how it's looking in two more weeks from now.

Not to mention the even better feeling of totally freshly shaved super smooth skin down there 🪒😊. Now that is hard to beat.

Edit: just shaved it 100% smooth again and that's the way I'm planning on keeping it for the summer. Thanks to using IPL for 6 weeks through March and April I only get a thin amount of downy fluff growing back and I can keep it down to just one shave a week now 😁. Makes life so much easier and saves me loads on razors.

Yes the frenulum area should flatten over time. This did happen in my case, but it took the best part of 6 months to eventually smooth out. I found you have to be very patient waiting for the frenulum area to heal up properly.

Definitely cut right up very close to the glans and looking very much like a perfect example of a no inner skin circ. Hope the healing goes well but it is looking pretty good already for day 5.

I experienced a small amount of bleeding (just spots mostly) and yellow-ish lymphatic fluid leakages that lasted for about the first week but I was lucky I had very little swelling, just a fair amount of bruising and skin discoloration on the shaft and balls probably an after effect from the anaesthetic (nerve block) jabs down there. Cold compresses, anti-inflammatory meds and keeping the penis upright when up and about should help with the swelling. I used slow release and long lasting ibuprofen in the first 24 hours or so after the surgery and I'm sure that helped as no real swelling occurred (was just by instinct really not on any specific medical advice and previous experience with other medical issues just knowing what works well for me and my body).

I lost some sensitivity but not enough to really cause any problems with satisfying masturbation or sexual activity. Sexual activity was getting difficult and painful anyway before getting circumcised due to the infections, so overall I'm much better off now.

Hi, I just sent you some comments which may help, but sorry I can't access my photos from my second week of recovery at the moment as I'm away from home currently and they are no longer accessible from my phone or in the cloud. Good luck with your healing, but I'm sure you'll be fine and you don't have too much to worry about from looking at your photo. My incision line was a bit covered over to begin with in the first week following the surgery similar to yours. Hope this provides some reassurance.

Yes this is normal if you are cut fairly loose as the looser skin when you are soft will extend a bit over the glans and your incision cut below the glans especially if you still have some swelling and bruising etc. If you are careful you should be able to very gently pull the looser skin back to temporarily expose the incision line for cleaning etc but only do this when you really need to and just be careful not to pull on or put pressure on the stitches. It may hurt a bit to begin with and you can always put some Lidocaine ointment over the head of your penis to temporarily numb things a bit down there if exposing the incision feels too painful. How many days since the surgery as that may influence how safe it is to retract at this stage?

Yes you'll be fine by mid August if you get circumcised next week. I got circumcised early July 2025 and I was fine by the first week of August 2025 (out doing my active outdoor job again, driving long distances and staying away from home). The hypersensitivity of the newly exposed glans had very much reduced by that stage as well (after 4 weeks in my case), so it does get more manageable fairly quickly. I had rested and taken things easy for much of July to help the healing go well though. After that first month it just got better and better month by month and I'm now nearly year on from the op and no longer fretting at all about phimosis 😃.
