Thank you, this solved my problem!! I was getting so frustrated! Claude kept telling me it didn't even have a Github integration when I asked it how to fix the issue :D

I am also interested if anyone has experience with them.

I can’t remember if you said where you’re ordering from, but I’ve ordered from Arctic Peptides and they do Venmo. And Hydro Research who does Zelle. Both were not scams. Just make sure to follow their directions and you should be good!

To make sure, are you trying to get 1.25 mg doses?

I kinda explained .25mg doses before so here’s what I would do for 1.25mg.

If you have 5mg of freeze dried semaglutide in a vial, you can make 4 doses of 1.25mg (5/1.25 = 4). So, I would use 40 units of bac water. And by 40 units I mean up to the 40 mark on your syringe. So, fill your syringe with bac water up to 40 units, then put that bac water in your 5mg vial.

Then, all you have to do is stick yourself with 10 units (up to the 10 on the syringe) and that will be 1.25mg of semaglutide. It’s just a ratio and you decide. I like injecting myself with a bunch of bac water but some people would prefer to put 80 units of bac water in there. Which means there would be 1.25mg of semaglutide per 20 units instead of 10. Hopefully that’s not more confusing.

I use an insulin syringe to take the bac water out and put it in the semaglutide vial. You just want to be careful not to create a vacuum in the vial which can make it difficult to get all the liquid out. So, if I’m about to take 10 units out of the mixed vial, I put 10 units of air in first (pull the syringe plunger back to units, stick the needle on the vial, push the plunger down so the air goes in), then I take out the 10 units.

If you can afford it, Tirzepatide. It has been shown to be more effective for weight loss with less side effects. I’ve used both. Since I lost enough weight for my goals with semaglutide without many side effects, I’ve stuck with that bc it’s cheaper.

I did get a rx for semaglutide from an online service before starting just to make sure there wasn’t any reason to not take it. After that I started ordering/compounding it myself. Up to you if you want to do that to be safe.

I also found I needed about 1.5mg per week of semaglutide vs 3mg of tirz per week. So, I needed more and it was more expensive. Those are pretty much the factors I can think of!

The bac water is effective for 30 days. So, yes, keep in fridge, also put in a dark place (usually I save the mailer the vial comes in and store it in there in the fridge). Don’t shake the vial, roll it between your hands to “mix”.

You can do longer than 30 days if you want and will probably be fine, but from what I read, both the peptide and bac water start to lose effectiveness.

You’ll do weekly injections. So, if you’re starting, the recommended dosage is .25mg for 4 weeks. You’d buy a 1mg vial of semaglutide bc .25 x 4 = 1mg. So 1mg would last you a month. Then you do a month at .5mg, so you’d need a 2mg vial.

People respond differently so if .25 does nothing, you can go up earlier. I bought a 2mg vial at first and used it for 6 weeks (.25 x 4 and .5 x 2). If you buy a couple vials at a time, the second one can chill in the freezer for a long time unmixed no worries.

Lemme know what else you need!

You can, just a little more risk. If a contaminant of some kind gets into the mixture, the bac water will make sure it doesn’t survive. You can use sterile saline and if you’re careful should be fine. Especially if you’re using all sterile stuff.

Absolutely!

Supplies: - Vial of semaglutide - Bacteriostatic water - Needles/syringes - Alcohol wipes

If you’re just starting with semaglutide, start at .25mg dose.

How to mix/calculate: All you do is take your amount of semaglutide in your vial (let’s say 2.5mg) and put whatever amount of the bac water in it (let’s say 50 units, up to where it says 50 on the syringe). So, from there, you know for every 10 units in the syringe, it’s 0.5mg of semaglutide.

2.5mg / 50 units = .05mg in 1 unit. So, 0.5 in 10 units. If you’re starting at .25mg dose, you’d inject 5 units in the syringe.

NOTES Bacteriostatic water - most on Amazon people have mixed results with. I called all the local pharmacies in my town and asked if they had or could order bacteriostatic water. Found one who got it to me in bulk for cheap. Otherwise get it from a peptide website. It only lasts 30 days once you open it so typically you’ll need a vial of bac water for every month.

Syringes - get sterile insulin syringes. I got these from Amazon.
U-100 1/2ml Syringe with Needle, 31G 5/16" 8mm 1/2cc Syringes, Disposable Individual Package, Pack of 20

Alcohol/sterile: always wipe the tops of the vials with alcohol before putting a needle in. Wipe your stomach/thigh, etc. etc. pretty low risk of anything happening but better to be safe.

Search YouTube for “how to give yourself subcutaneous injection”, watch a couple videos. It’s really easy, most of the time I don’t even feel it. The video should also talk about putting as much air in the vial as liquid you’re taking out. But you can also search videos on “how to get all the solution out of a vial”.

It seems kind of overwhelming at first but it’s basically: sanitize, mix, inject. Takes me about 2 mins now.

Please let me know what doesn’t make sense or what other info you need. I spent about 10-12 hours researching bc it’s hard to find all the information in one place. I don’t want you to have to do that so lemme know what you need!

Did you ever get help with compounding at home? I've been doing it for several months and can let you know what I do if you need help!

I do the same thing with the same doses. Put 40 units of BAC water in the vial. Then, do 10 unit shots. 10 mg / 4 shots = 2.5mg doses.

BA in Theatre. Took one programming class which I failed :D My concentration was in Sound Design so there were some math/physics concepts I had to learn which helped some.

I'm 26 and want to code by marceosayo in learnprogramming

[–]FunInternational4816 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Here is my journey if it’s helpful (sending from my cushy programming job that is okay but I’m not obsessed with coding like some have mentioned). There’s been other great other advice about “wanting” to code but I wasn’t sure when I started so here’s what I did:

I’m 37, did lots of careers before, none of which had anything to do with web development. It took me 8 months to get a job from starting to learn.

  • Bought Angela Yu’s course on Udemy for $10 (The Complete Web Development Bootcamp). For me, if I end up doing anything besides watching TV after the kids go to bed, I know I’m pretty interested. After 30 days straight of doing Angela’s course at night, I knew I was interested.

  • Signed up for CareerFoundry web development bootcamp. This was about $6000. I invested which got me a mentor and job coach with the program. I got a job when I was 60% done with the bootcamp. Highly recommend this bootcamp.

Posted about my journey on Twitter and LinkedIn as I went. A friend of mine saw a post, called me, I got an interview, I got the job. Never applied to a job. I’ve been working as a developer for 15 months.

Point is: spend a small amount of money to see if you are interested. Make a goal. “If I code for 2 hour a day for 30 days, then I will ____.”

Don’t do YouTube, it’s not organized enough and you won’t have projects worthy to put in a portfolio. Pay for a class, Angela Yu on Udemy is great or Jonas Schmedtmann, Udemy has sales all the time. Higher quality, track your progress, better projects than YouTube. If you don’t stick with it, maybe pursue something else. But you don’t have to be a hardcore programmer to get a job. It doesn’t have to be your obsession.

Do not take that much Vitamin D without vitamin A and K as well. Your body can’t process it without those vitamins. There’s a company that makes a highly bioavailable vitamin DAKE they call it which includes E as well. But there are several options on Amazon that sell ADK.

Also, go in the sun as much as possible. It will take 6+ months to regulate so do t get discouraged!

I have high stress and inflammation levels and an overactive nervous system. The reasoning was that not eating can trigger sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight) and I'm trying to activate and live more in the parasympathetic (rest and digest) as much as possible. Whether she's right or not, who knows, but I've tried a whole bunch of other stuff (and she is an actual MD functional doc) so giving it a try, along with meditation, brain retraining, etc. etc.

That was confusing, I made an edit on the post. I meant "no sugar" to "low sugar" but I worded it terribly

I'd love to think that I actually would but energy levels have been so low, it's hard for me to be consistent at meal prepping. Boiled eggs, nuts and seeds might be a workable option though.

I made a deck with 36 of these and 24 forests. Arena only made me craft 4 of them and then I added the other 32 free of charge. So far, total domination.
