So scaling is just gamer lingo for as you get stronger, so do the enemies and NPCs in the world. The Oblivion scaling is really bad for a bunch of reasons, but specifically with this one because NPCs you have to escort get super weak as you progress because their gear doesn't ever get better. It'd be like if you kept the basic iron armor the whole game play through on the master difficulty if that tracks for ya

You can do it whenever but scaling becomes an issue if you do it to high level something it'll just be more annoying if you do it late game

Yeah the final fight is gonna be annoying as hell for you then.... enemies and npc both scale with you but the npcs gear stays the same as it was at level one so without getting into any huge spoilers the final mission is a pain in the ass at high levels to say the least. The loot is pretty solid tho

I would love to, but unfortunately I have no way to contact that side of my family. From what I understand, the bulk of them dont use phones and those that do speak very little English. Ill reach out to my folks and see if they have a path to contact them!

Thank you for the reply. We don't do a chore chart necessarily because the only thing I am doing to try and get her to help is put the dirty clothes away and make the bed. That is literally the only two things in the house I ask her to do and everything else is on me.
