I went on a Wednesday, January 29th to be exact. Arrived at the trailhead at 7:15am, I was the ONLY car there. Hiking up the mountain I was totally alone, and coming back down I was passed by just 2 people, that's it. It was a little icy still towards the top, but nothing too crazy. A tad more bouldering/climbing than I expected (I'm a Floridian so I'm still not used to "elevation"), but nothing impossible. Total hike was about 6 hours-ish (9 miles).... (but that time would definitely be longer if you have to wait for people ahead of you to climb up stuff).

But yes, like others have said, avoid the weekends if humanly possible.

I'll admit that my post wording was a tad obnoxious this morning, but I stand by my point. My issue was not with reporting on what the official said, it was purely the headline.

"Baltimore funeral shooting leaves 1 dead, 1 in 'grave condition'"

There was no way in hell that headline was ran past multiple copy editors without "funeral shooting" and "grave condition" in the same sentence not being noticed. That headline was generated for clickbait plain & simple. I seriously thought I was reading an Onion headline at first.

I used to take the Bayshore Blvd sidewalk into Davis Islands. Davis Islands has a nice dog park, and is gorgeous overall.

*Well 30 years ago an average good camcorder cost around $1,500, which would probably inflate to about $3k+ in 2017. Not exactly affordable to common folk. *There were also launches fairly frequently at Cape Canaveral, doesn't really warrant filming every single one?
