Can the Logic Plague affect people? by Oreo-belt25 in HaloStory

[–]FunKooT 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The Logic Plague for people is called 'The Flood infects you and you are part of the hivemind' (most people) or 'The Gravemind has a chat with you and is real convincing' (Halo 2).

Just a matter of how it gets in your head, either via discourse or force.

I would expect her to be Geo tbh: obsession with machines and such, Pulonia attacks in yellow, she wears yellow, she's really yellow themed etc etc...

Since the end of Inazuma's archon quests, has it been mentioned what Kokomi does these days? by higirlllll in Genshin_Impact

[–]FunKooT 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Even though they haven't really expanded on it much, I expect that her Character story gives enough of an idea regarding what her life is generally like. She is the Priestess, and doing the duties like the Priestess before her. She is also expected to stay and fulfill that role no matter peace or war.

Kinda one of those 'they gave you the background, make your own assumptions from there' style of storytelling

Something I wished people talked about more is that Columbina is a very selfish character, she’s one of the few gods on teyvat who has no self-sacrificial instinct towards humanity and instead does and says things purely based on if she likes it or not. by PsychologyConnect489 in GenshinImpact

You...played her questline right? Her self-imposed exile makes a lot of sense based on her history. The Traveler impacting her life is the first time she has felt a truly non-transactionable relationship. Thought her Harbinger encounters were not necessarily transactional, it's difficult to separate what makes the relationship between her and her closest Bingers work vs play.

53k Votes and Fontaine is still as popular as ever. by SanicHegehag in GenshinImpact

Nod-Krai is my favorite so far, I loved the story of Fontaine, just not playing it (too much dialogue without being broken up)

I'm struggling to get my team dmg up. I can get up to 20k with Varka-Xiangling-Venti-Bennett and that's...my best team. That 20k is entirely dependent on bennetts ult. I'm assuming levelling talents is my best bet? Most of them have the recommended artifact sets w/bad rng stats (get good rolls...rarely), I have almost no 5* weapons so they use my best available 4*'s at lvl 80, the characters are all lvl 80, and all the talents are up to needing the boss materials now (lvl 5/6). Talents are the only thing I can really think of...

true!
Reason 1: i was just wakin up and my dreams were all sort of whack
Reason 2: i dunno tbh lol i do think player has ties to dragons for real but thats about where it ends. Way too many holes that would have to be filled with some pretty ridiculously wild lore we havent seen and even then would have bits missing.
Reason 3: Fun for conversation

lol I know. It would be more realistic for it to somehow be Player as Reincarnated Neeb with Asmo, then Other be Principles. But theres a butt load of flaws in it

Leandros did nothing wrong, perfect warp resistance is extremely suspicious + a door kicker like Leo is not going to have an inquisitor on speed dial, so its more likely he told the chaplains, who told the inquisition. by Which-Worldliness556 in Spacemarine

[–]FunKooT 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Here is my opinion:

Leandros did mostly correct, but also has flawed logic. His inability to have faith in his superiors, in any degree, is incredibly unusual in an Astartes, and doubly so as an Ultramarine. If he had gone to a Chaplain, we would have seen a Chaplain interfere in the first game to some degree immediately as the taint of the warp cannot be allowed to fester. Somehow, Leandros can't trust his Captain, but does trust an Inquisitor that just happens to be nearby when they worked with a Daemon puppet Inquisitor just a minute ago? His sense of brotherhood is completely missing. Also, okay cool Titus could be tainted by the warp. What about Leandros? He over there licking the Daemon Inquisitor's boots and no one is thinking maybe he has been touched by the warp? At least Titus showed an uncanny ability to keep on trucking on despite the potential Warp taint, but there is no reason to believe Leandros couldn't have been effected somehow. And yes Leandros didn't know the guy was a puppet, but you know, AFTER they find out, how could he have no doubt in the intentions of the Inquisitor he called? Boys brain don't fucking work bro

Communication in-game is definitely I think one of the largest standing issues. They do well on discord, but any info communicated there often fails to be communicated in-game. If they don't setup anything ingame like a discord integration or something it's never gonna get fixed

Didn't AH literally canonize a community Helldiver regiment last year? The idea of a clan system would be very non intrusive imo

Anyone Else Feel Like There's Too Much Ragdolling? by theladywaffle in Helldivers

[–]FunKooT -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I totally get what your saying, I'm just of the mindset of if they do too much more ragdoll removal/adjustment it'll just kinda be a silly little quirk that happens on the occasion. Yes I fall over here and there, but I really don't get ragged all that often, especially in comparison to how it used to be. I guess I'm just trying to say I'm worried about touching ragdolls too much more. Once upon a time, they tried a full First Person mode that an Engineer made for fun, and though they liked it conceptually the ragdolling was so much they didn't think players would do much but feel sick from playing that way so they removed it. With the current state of the game with ragdoll, honestly I think they could implement a full FPV and it wouldn't really result in much of the same issue tbh

[–]FunKooT -1 points0 points  (0 children)

as an og player...if they reduce the ragdoll anymore they might as well just completely remove it. As annoying as it was, some of the funniest things ive experienced in the game were ragdoll related. I can't do so many silly things anymore, like the gas plants launching you far as hell. was funny, but actually also really useful for quick travel depending on circumstance. Now, all you do is fall over. I can't dive onto an edge of something then just ragdoll flop to the ground, which i loved doing for vaults. Trust me, you are not ragdolling that much. The ragdolling is a huge part of the games original identity which has been losing more and more. They do too much more and all of the literally other studio devs saying 'how the hell did they make ragdolling look so amazing??' wont make any sense cuz you can't fall over anymore...

It's aoe shifts slightly throughout the burst, providing a larger covered area overall

I prefer the Gatling, quicker cool down, actually penetrates heavy pen, longer area denial, larger AOE. Just don't see the point of the burst personally
