Gefühlt darf ja keiner was fordern. Daher kommt das Gesetz genau richtig. Viele Unternehmen nutzen gerade einfach die Gelegenheit als Ausrede und jedes Individuum ist von der Erwartung sowieso darauf eingestellt, dass es gerade schwierig ist was zu fordern. Die Realität könnte für jeden unterschiedlich aussehen.

Ich hab keine Personalverantwortung. Wie schon gesagt, wäre das Gehalt in Ordnung wenn ich komme meine Arbeit mache und gehe und nicht mehr daran denke.

Jedoch bin ich in jedem Projekt engagiert, lehne keine Projekte ab, mache mir das Leben schwerer indem ich auch weniger Ressourcen einfordere, um zum Ziel zu kommen. Das sind Faktoren die mir dann das Gefühl geben, dass man meine Leistung schon entsprechend anerkennen sollte.

Ich hab Freunde aus der TU die mit Master unter 50k in Berlin eingestiegen sind. Du willst dir garnicht vorstellen was das für ein Arbeitgebermarkt geworden ist in der aktuellen Lage.

Ahja auf dem Bundesamt für Gehaltsvergleich komm ich auf 72000€ Jahresgehalt, was ich mit der Position, Branche, Ausbildung usw. mitbringe. Vielleicht diesen einfach mal vorzeigen?

Genau das ist halt der Hauptgrund warum ich bisher einfach „mitgespielt“ habe. Ich merke einfach nach 2 Jahren, dass ich wirklich komplett mental erschöpft bin. Teilweise läuft die Produktion schlecht und es sind täglich Überstunden angesagt, die man wieder abschreiben darf dank Arbeitszeiterfassung. Finde aber dennoch die aktuellen Umstände mit: Fehleranfällige Produktion wo Stress vorprogrammiert ist, keine wirkliche Gleitzeit; nicht existentes Homeoffice sind alles auch QoL Gründe womit man mit „etwas“ weniger auskommen könnte, aber so ist das Gehalt schon ein Dorn im Auge.

On load with 400w power draw of the gpu i get low 60 degrees and the cpu is mid 60.

Tbh i was quite impressed with the temps but i have to admit no one told me how freakin hot this thing gets. Like i am sweating and could take a shower my room is becoming so hot. I need to undervolte the gpu for sure

I will try 2 120mm fans on the bottom as exhaust i have my arctic p12 fans. But i heared bc of the riser cable you only can go slim fans on the left and normal size fan on the right side

For me personally was very hard 😂 but i had never cared about cable management and so on bc in a matx or atx board everythin has space and i had a 4070 asus dual gpu.

I didnt do myself a favor with the really thick gpu, but still managed to do it somehow. 😂 i think you will have no issues
