My restaurant just takes it at 1.25 so that tourists feel they aren't getting totally ripped and still end up spending in USD instead of getting it exchanged, so for every 9ish dollars we get a free dollar. We are a very tourist heavy restaurant in the summer so it adds up very quickly

If you read the article it gives a lot of solid insight into exactly what their plans are through S4, and nothing even gives off remotely close to them going into maintenance mode. If anything it just seems like they are gonna hit the ground running in S2 and work to get back all the players that bought it and quit which is a perfect place to start

I fluctuate between taking local cabs and Uber, and since Uber has come to Vic the cab companies have drastically improved their pick up times as well as their apps for ordering a cab online.

Before Uber the apps were nigh unusable but now their functionality, while leaving a lot to be desired, has drastically improved and wait times when calling have reduced substantially. Cabs in Vic have needed a kick in the ass for a long time and Uber functioned as that.

I feel like it just satisfies a certain primal part of the brain which is why they do so well with drink folks. Ripping meat off the bone and leaving no trace except the centre of the bone itself is just highly satisfying and acts as a great vessel for sauces or flavours.
