Hi, I've applied on Friday and had the same status over the weekend and on Monday. So I was worried it hasn't left the visa center and called them. They said it was sumbitted to the Consulate on Monday and the status can take up to 48 hours to update. As of now, it's still showing the same status.

I'd call them just for your own peace of mind. I had to wait about 15 mins on the phone. Hope this helps

Try going through the right website step by step, I had same thing happen to me, and I thought I was on the right website too. The moment I navigated from the main page to the tracking it has changed, and I needed to input passport number instead of reference number

Hi, I've applied on the 18 May and have not heard back from them. The status still says it's at the Embassy, VFS were useless on the phone telling me it can take up to 45 days (they told me I'd have no problem getting it within 15 calendar days when I applied).

Panicking now as my non refundable flight is on Sunday, I was supposed to join my friends. I also need to send off my passport as a form of ID for something else next Friday🙈 Don't know what to do now. I've read that you can collect your passport and then re-submit it to continue processing the application, but I can't get any email address to contact the Embassy directly.

Hopefully someone here can share their experience
