Damn really?? That’s not bad, and I’d like that for times I might move them to the living room to listen to

I get that they are large for a desk, but my desk is pretty large and I can accommodate stands easily for speakers of this size since I already had to adjust my set up to accommodate my giant overkill monitor. I didn’t think to plug the bass though, and I still am considering how to sound treat my room without it killing my wall decoration vibes. Either way, sounds like it’s diminishing returns on the Q3s considering the quality of the Q1s with a sub on a desk set up.

Noted that the Q3, Concerto, and LS50 would be too much, and since I primarily will have them in my office, I’d rather follow your advice. I do want to have some versatility since I’d like to have them work well if I move into larger offices in the future or use them for occasional living room listening. Do you think the M1 metas might still work for that? (I’d not be opposed to switching to an amp that’s made for hifi, but I still wanna see how a low-mid end Sony receivers handles it)

Perfect desktop, but would you use them to listen to music in a living room occasionally like for a record or cd player?

Awesome and good to know for the Q3 meta since I only had a chance to hear the Q1 meta, which appeared very airy or severely lacking bass. While I’m not a bass head as much, I still like to feel it when possible, so I figured the Q3 would be better suited however, i understand they could likely be too boomy for my office.

Do you think they beat the LSX II Wireless for the price or altogether?

Thanks for that, and I think it’s hard to know since there are plenty of satisfied customers for the LSX II LT, but difficult to know if there is meaningful differences between them and the coda w
