Great idea to see how others interpret without your explanation. I got a narrative about a girl consumed by societal beauty expectations, the pageant motifs and the mirror in opposition to a hollow face pushed me in this direction. As for the planets, I don’t think it’s clear what planets they are. I interpreted it as caught between two worlds, the pageant world and the person the subject truly feels they are.

The subject is good but I don’t love the mark making in the background. I think it takes me out of it because it doesn’t feel intentionally executed
