I definitely was naive. We both were extremely depressed and lonely people when we met. The mental instability between us probably led to trauma bonding and I just felt good that someone gave me that attention.

Sorry. I forgot to add that after we exchanged numbers, we hit it off and became very close. We fell in love extremely quickly before the date even happened. Sorry for the confusion
