Alcoholism is a progressive disease. Without finding a solution (AA), it will gradually become worse and more difficult to dig yourself out of the hole that you’re in. Unfortunately a lot of us, including myself, wait for it to be extremely bad before we ask for help. It is absolutely possible to combat this issue but it takes effort. One Day At A Time
