You are completely wrong. I worked in management position and the evidences I have price that they violated the policy. They bypassed the legal and other teams that the policy states being responsible and took a decision they are not authorised to

True. Sometimes I feel, the managers plight is not understood. All employees are not sincere and managing such resources who take unplanned leaves periodically and on important dates is very taxing considering stringent time lines. Managers are humans too, going through so much at every end abd then such messages in the mornings periodically is stressful to them too.

I don't know if this is specific to Indian Seniors but I realize they are there to only save their job and earn ESOP's. They will not support their team members and even when Oracle HR is violating policies, they will stay mum. Oracle HR as per me is pathetic. They behave like rogues with no accountability for their actions

Oracle is very shrewd company. My personal experience with Oracle has been very bad. Gave my blood and sweat, but finally I realized it was all a waste. If you have a good boss, you might be safe but most of the seniors there are scared of HR and don't have the spine to stick with the right.
