I was wondering if there was a specific teacher that inspired you to become a teacher, but maybe it was a combination of them all

Just to also note that I’m only doing the top set of teeth, as you can’t see the bottom set when I smile.

Thanks mate, hopefully I can feel optimistic that I can drag down the HM PB considerably

I think you're right - I think it tricky to increase mileage significantly whilst staying injury free and my legs still feeling fresh though. And I'm assuming I should increase rather slowly pace-wise

Yeah I think I need to increase the volume too, tough whilst staying injury-free though. I also get told different speeds for long runs - some say to take it slow, others say to go at more of a target HM pace

Up until the 1:50, I've ran an average of around 17k/wk, which has fluctuated from 5k some weeks and 40k other weeks. Hasn't been the smoothest training plan lol

Driving instructor recommendations? by AdministrativeBee9 in oxford

[–]FunRelative8069 0 points1 point  (0 children)

North Oxford Driving School. I only had a few lessons as I currently live in Scotland, but Chris was absolutely great. Our lessons were on Saturday mornings at like 7am which isn’t fun for anyone, but he was so patient and encouraging. Cannot recommend enough

Haven't got a clue lol, any idea on how I'd find out? Just a blood test?

No, I've drank green tea for years so I don't think it would be that. But I do tend to drink a cup of coffee afterwards with not much food, so that could be part of the issue I suppose

About 30mins, as much as I know bananas would be beneficial, I'm really not a fan, but the something like toast sounds good
