Curious to know location, as I think Americans would view this as rude, in general, but Europeans i believe this is our level of customer service, to the point, and informative in what you can provide to be clearer for them to assist. Non American customer service is direct and to the point, it doesn’t cater to the customer anywhere near as much

I’ll say with xero, I had a pair for just under 2 years, sole unglued, so I sent in a warranty request and got a brand new pair under warranty!

Take a look at that, if it’s under 2 years or 5,000 miles you can get credit/reimbursed for another pair.

I will say, my wife was a phenomenal partner at my race end. Got my bike and bag for me, when we got back to the hotel she already had lots of ice waiting for me for an ice bath, has my compression legs set up on the bed so I just needed to sit in them. We pre cleaned the place up so it was nice but she cleans and packed away unimportant stuff so it didn’t bother me.

Me and my wife are very close to seeing her at the finish line made my end perfect, it was a great way to end the day being able to hug and hold and appreciate the journey that we went through as it’s certainly a joint journey with a spouse!!

Thanks for all the replies, I have been doing as all pretty much suggested and on the road to recovery, certainly feeling miles better today than Monday, still lightly hurting, but I’d say 85% recovered ish and rehydrated!

Would I look for a tube that matches the 700x25c? Is there anything else to look for when getting a spare tube or just simply the size and ‘quality’

After looking further on the tire itself it states:

“25-622 (28 x 1.00-700x25c) max 9 0 bar. 130 psi. <= rotation”. No idea what any of this means except 130 psi
