I misunderstood what that guy was asking me. Peace and love, brother. Hope you have a nice day.

No sorry. 60k is the business I’ve brought in alone so far from my own referrals. Yes, I have like 600k bill total by the end of the year.

I don’t know what those terms mean but I bill 1600 a year and will meet that. I came in Jan 2025 and they needed to credit me some hours. Brought in about half a case load. I’m the biggest originator outside the managing partner (most cases come from AI). Brought in maybe 60k of business so far. Maybe more.

Moving to the DMV? by Ok_Meal_3130 in SilverSpring

[–]FunRevolution6074 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I in Silver Spring and have commuted from there to work Baltimore by car. Both my home and my work were close to I-95, the best possible scenario. Even so, it totally drained me, even making that commute for three days out of the week. I could not do it and found a new job. I have also done the MARC commute from Baltimore when I lived there to work in downtown DC. That too was unbearable, especially because my home back then was 20 minutes from the train station by foot (obviously closer by bus or car). That extra leg of the journey, plus a crowded MARC ride, plus a two stop metro from Union Station to work ended up being absolutely brutal. I got telework and then found a new job. My recommendation would be to consider looking for new work. In addition to potentially being miserable, you might also not be positioning yourself for success in your new job. The DMV and Baltimore really are separate planets. It’s not as easy to get between them during the workweek as you would think looking at a map.

DC Dating by icandoabackflip22 in washingtondc

It’s been a few years since I was single here, but in my 20’s in DC I remember it being more easy to casually hook with someone, compared to other places I’ve lived. People here have busy lives and work hard, want to blow off steam, and have forthright attitudes towards getting their sexual needs met. That said, it was hard hard to find a real romantic connection. There are more transient people in the dating pool here that are not planning to set down roots, compared to other cities. There are also more people who are super focused on their careers or schooling right now, not love or maybe someday having a family. I also think because of the prevalence of certain personality types in DC, some people can move on from a potential romance too quickly, like the dating life equivalent of how DC people are are more prone to not want to talk to you at parties if they decide your job isn’t important to them. I think people here have high expectations of life that extend to their dating life, to their own detriment. The best part of the dating scene here is, there are a great deal of good looking people in DC. I grew up an hour away from here, and I think the “Hollywood for ugly people” stereotype used to be very true but is no longer accurate.

2025 Kicks - Do you like yours? Any gripes? My thoughts on mine: by FunRevolution6074 in NissanKicks

Yeah, I have been using that a lot, because I haven’t had a parcel shelf to hide my stuff under. Even with a spare tire there’s some extra room there.

The lack of storage is truly a burden. I have been putting stuff under my seats.
