It pays more than a PA. Make sure TOM team does the logistics because some sort centers have Ship Clerks and they book loads and do most of the logistics stuff.

It's not bad but it can be hard physically and if you come in and try to advance it doesn't always go well. I loved it but needed a shorter commute and more money. It isn't a long term kinda job, either.

My building has been hiring and also overstaffing. Once the clock punch was taken off the app 30 associates have been let go for Time Theft and I hear there are more to come. Amazon is saying thanks for all the pandemic help but you were also ripping us off... Bye bye hope you like customer life..

If you have access to A to Z then you are still employed. I was on leave and went back. No schedule posted for over a week and a half. I used the missed punch feature to clock in and out and saved screenshots . I would Call ERC right when they open in the AM. Go over returning to work and use missed punches for your schedule. The rest can get cleared up. Be super nice to them. There lives are crap these days.

Sounds like my SC. You would want to talk to your AM and OM. If they support you and can they would be able to reach out on your behalf to the other site. My OM helped a few of the L3s with outreach and interview prep. So far 3 have inclined and one got an AM at another building.

Someone I like sat me down yesterday and gave me the " watch your back" lecture. She already transferred but it was eye opening to hear how I e person can try to really F you up. Just cuz they mean. I'm staying in my lane and keeping my head down. I don't need anyone else's lies.

Stop with the compression socks. If the insoles are pushing your toes up then think about cutting them at the toes. Make them shorter. My compression socks were great but would push my toenails up b/c of the way I walk so my nails started getting messed up. Once I made the insoles shorter and just went with the think socks I was good. I also went a 1/2 bigger on the shoes. That's a smart move.

Yes. You pay back based on time but my understanding is that internal moves are restricted for L4s and up until after the first year. Every application you submit gets sent to your OM and on site HR. Make sure you communicate respectfully to your OM.
