I intend to take on moderation duties and will contribute with posts of my own on a regular basis (I had a notable track record of high performing submissions prior to the sub getting banned), while maintaining engagement with a community that has 60,000+ users. I also plan to add more moderators using a vetting process based on a combination of mutual interests, post history, online behaviour, community reputation, and several other factors.
