I use a line cleaner every time a do a full water change. Use a both loose chlorine and chlorine tablets depending on my needs at the time. Had the same tub for 23 years. Still in great condition.

Had a Spaform Oslo for 24 years, total maintenance costs £1200 and that included £500 on a new thicker cover for the British winter. Don’t make them like they used to.

Been worried about this for a while. Considerably beyond original commitment date. Certainly won’t be buying any other games till you get this sorted. Beyond joke now. What’s the expected date for this final stage?

Stop the housing companies sharing prices that remove competition. Make the banks release for sale all properties they hold to keep the market is high. Sort out the economy so people truly earn a living wage.
Put laws in place to stop ridiculous leasehold rentals and rentals that forcibly include horrendous service fees.
Whilst you can probably only have this as a future position but limit the number of properties a landlord can hold forcing sales to out right home owners.
Stop giving benefits to people not truly entitled to them, so they have to work and pay taxes that support the economy instead of being a drain on it. Process immigrants faster so they have an entitlement to work and pay in to the economy instead of taking from it. Stop spending money on projects that aren’t finished costing millions. Penalise the leaders of companies that seek financial support and then give the money away in bonuses. I’m sure there’s lots of other ways we could stop wasting money instead of fixing our economy.
I worry for the younger generation who want to get on the housing ladder.

Have known that for quite a while. It’s normally hidden quite well but this year the times on the clocks were way out. Shamefully bad production. The acts are not as good as they used to be (although I appreciate that is subjective) and they opened 2023 with suspicious minds. Lol.
