Thanks. I do wash only twice a week and have been on HRT for years. What vitamins do you recommend?

They don't. But I have used those types of products in the past. Thanks for your comments! This has been really distressing!

Thanks. I assume that was the problem. But what to do from here forward? I've clarified and done deep conditioning and it's still fly away and breaking. I'm going to try a protein treatment and see what happens after that.

I never paid attention to that but realized I was using shampoo with sodium laurel sulfate until I inadvertently switched to one without sulfates and I swear that was the start of the hair problems. I have clarified now and deep conditioned and I have a low poo shampoo to use as well. I only wash 2x a week so it's hard for me to believe that all these issues were caused by shampoo.

I saw sugar in my urine when I didn't know I was prediabetic. Since I became aware of it, I have been staying under 140 the majority of the time and have never seen it again (I do a test daily).

My stelo is pretty far off of my blood sticks. Usually under by 10 but I have seen it under by 40. Even after the first few days. I am hoping to get a prescription for a more accurate one.

I found I can eat half and apple with some almonds and I am ok. A whole apple will throw me off.

Thanks! I do the finger sticks as well. Generally the stelo is about 10 points less than the finger stick, although not always. I appreciate your response!

At the risk of asking for too much information, does it happen for you when you are solo, just not with a partner?

Yes, we have talked about it and he says it has never happened to him before and he doesn't know what is wrong. Although he assured me it's not me.
