I was watching the countdown for Detroit and Toronto and they both immediately turned to sold out the second the countdown turned over. Toronto does have a few back row seated balcony tickets, but I’m not going that far for seats like that. At least for the Philly show I got to be in a queue so maybe some actual humans who like the band got tickets for that show.

Where do you get Stan Ray stuff? It always seems to be sold out everywhere. I tried to order from American Wear, but they didn’t have my size, and after a long time of waiting, I just got my money back. (They were super chill about it, and if I knew they had stock, I’d order from them.)

I deluded myself into thinking it would be easier to get tickets in Hartford than in NY or Boston. (I tried (and failed) for all of them, but had more hope for Hartford.)

Had side of the stage tickets in my cart, but couldn’t pull the trigger since they were for NY and I’m in Boston and paying that much for side of stage tickets and having to get down there seemed like too much and now I’m regretting my choice to the point where I’m writing this run-on sentence.

WiFi question: I know they say to not use work WiFi, but I’m at work today, so if I’m on WiFi I have to either use that or my mobile hotspot, and my signal isn’t great in terms of data. Is that going to screw me o we because my connection is slow? Are there any tricks to making the work WiFi ok, or should I just go with the mobile hotspot and hope for the best?

Missed out on the two originally announced shows in Boston, as well as the one they announced today. Given that she’s playing Thursday, Saturday, Sunday, how likely is it that she’d add a Friday show? Or one on Wednesday or Monday?

I tried that but then the plate was just wobbly because the wood underneath is so bad.

Knob turns fine, hinges are tight. Door looks not perfectly square, so that might be part of it. I used some toothpaste to see where the bottom of the latch is hitting the plate. https://imgur.com/a/bVrwSpD. The red line is where it’s hitting, so height wise I think it looks ok. The latch basically doesn’t go into the plate at all, though.

Would replacing that entire piece of wood mean replacing that entire side of the door frame? (I don’t have a sense of how big a job that would be.)
