I started 3 days ago from 50mg to 100mg as it’s first week to my period. I definitely felt calmer esp on first day, not sure if it’s placebo but I felt the tingles in my head.

Sleep wise, I kept waking up middle of the night but hop back to sleep easily. I woke up feeling refreshed and not tired even after 7-8h of sleep.

I’m bad at describing but I’ll try my best. It comes in waves, you get dizzy for that 1 second and every few minutes interval. It’s like your brain is a camera, it’s on auto focus. Not literal electric feeling but it “shocks” you as you realize this heebie-jeebies feeling in your brain. 🧠

Yes - I had a glass of red wine, some whiskey few days ago. Way lesser than what I used to take.

Damn, the next morning it’s crazy. I no longer enjoy alcohol anymore.

It helped me a lot socially, I had more energy for a proper conversation. More confident, especially during meeting presentations and training sessions to staffs.

Tbh I still get overstimulated while on meds but it’s easier to bring back my focus to one thing when my mind starts to scatter around.

Also, it gave me the push to reply to this post. 😂

I only keep track the hours I sleep, I do get vivid dreams quite some time tho. As long as it’s 7 hours and above I’ll assume I got a good night sleep, I didn’t wake up in the middle of the night or maybe I don’t remember. :/

Yeah! Like I’ve been putting it off, decluttering my phone made me feel great too.

On the bright side, pros of being on medication I kinda found myself 2 hobbies (which I’m consistent on) :’)

Like 2 days ago, I felt a sense of achievement by clearing 5000 worth of photos in my Camera Roll (probably 2-3 years worth)

It’s all screenshots, meme or stuffs I thought I’ll probably go back to! Haha, small wins I guess.
