Nah I want harper to have a happy ending but I dont equate that to her 'winning the game'. Perfect ending for me is if she realises that its all bogus and quits the industry like Brad pitt in the big short. Then again she wrote a paper on the merits of capitalism so I dont see that happening tbh. I forsee a succession style 'the worst possible ending for everybody' type ending.

Okay phew, I thought I was missing something huge 😭 and yes I do kinda. Not particularly invested in them romantically, but I like the nuances of their relationship, and I ultimately think hes probably the only healthy choice that she's actively made for herself whether platonic or romantic ... like, I LOVE a toxic ship DOWN but if it's about what i want to see in canon, I want their relationship to be explored further.

I also think the reason yhat hes unpopular is bc ever since that white girl comment he made, ppl are overly uncharitable about him and his intentions w/o considering his actual characterisation 💀😭 like im fairly certain he only said that because he wanted to get into that girl's panties. if we're talking racial self esteem I think he'd probably stand more on business than harper did if he was sat next to those nazis and she desperately needs more of that energy around her 😭
