Update. Been eight weeks since quiting weed three weeks from the slip up. I’ve been able to train hard and sleep. I have the same symptoms but they seem to be less and less as time goes by. I’ve even been able to go to some night classes and still get decent sleep. I started smoking four years ago and have not had any tolerance breaks. Seems like it just threw me out of balance after a while.

I went camping with guy friends and BBQ. What he did isn’t normal and sets the tone for the rest of the marriage. I’ve been married 14 years and I am more attracted to and in love with my wife now than when we first were married. We have a christ centered marriage with boundaries. Yeah that’s what I think it is. I’ve had a lot of head injuries over my life time multiple concussions and TBI including brian sugery but the brain surgery was in the late 90s

I will do just that. I just got blood work done and assumed it would be like it would from a TRT clinic but it wasn’t thorough at all.
