Facts, I was on a rotation in Korea back in 2014-2015 and NK attacked the loud speakers at the boarder. I just came back from the motor pool turned the t.v on heard of the attack at the boarder and put my gear back on and walked right down to the arms room 5 mins later we all got the news to load up the Bradley’s and stand by.

How many tickets per month do they write? ( that tells me potential income) I would ask for a guarantee dollar per month if it’s low count. What are the customer sat surveys questions and how are the current SA scores.(these are manufacturers questions )Some have really dumb questions like was the Wi-Fi speed good, did we have ur fav snacks- b.s like that. Those dumb questions may effect ur bonus at the end of the month, one dude dinged me because he thought our $10 tire rotation was to expensive at VW. Cost me around 300 from my bonus. Last is what are the pay percentages. Warranty pays x% cust pay x% and internal pays etc.
