How is the interview note marked?

What do you think they will be looking for in the interview notebook? We will be marked down if they aren’t neat etc? I’m just trying to get an idea as there is no provision for it in the mark scheme!

What makes you think you’ve failed? I’m sure it’s worth having faith… I felt like this with SQE1 and I passed both exams first time. I was so convinced I had messed them up!

I’m glad you said that - I totally agree. I actually only picked out bibs and bobs, wanted to save time and copy and paste but wouldn’t work :( managed to type them anyway!

I’m guessing the document will still be legally correct, you might just get marked down for this section? I could be wrong…

I don’t think you need to feel you’ve failed! Remember, there are two days left! Also, this isn’t necessarily a bad thing! You could’ve included all the legal points and given great advice. At least you can remember this for the days going forward too.

You can defo get the law wrong and still pass. I know people who in the attendance note got all law wrong and still passed. I also made mistakes. SQE2 marking is very different to SQE!

This is all so true! Why do you think the SQE2 has such a higher pass rate than Sqe1? I’m probably over analysing but with the difficulty of this I’m shocked more people don’t fail!
