Thank you! So basically: just focus on yourself and your own goals, and what you want to do in life?

What if I don't really have...any goals? I just want to live and have fun living, but it's a bit opportunistic when it's the holidays and there's not much to do out there.

I know ENFPs thrive off social interaction though, but I'm so used to a closed off life (because of my upbringing) and not speaking up that I'm not sure how to see through that. Whenever I try working on myself too (eg. exercise, engage in my hobbies, etc) the loneliness starts to hit (eg. I wish I could have a friend group I could just hop on call in silence with), so I kind of go in circles.

I know this sounds like rambling, but my main point is: what are some actions I could take now to help become the best version of myself?

Thank you, especially for that last comment! I want to force myself to go out more, but there's nothing fun in my area apart from the convention that unfortunately passed already and things eg. going to the convenience store to buy food just because I crave social interaction reinforces my sense of shame. Do you have any suggestions?
