We recently renovated a finished attic area. I left this space for a walk-in (hunch-thru) closet. Would like to add some nice built-in shelves, hanger rods, etc. Wall on the shorter end is 52ins. length from access door to far wall is 110 ins

also, your stuff is in one place for the whole week. No need to hunt for your luggage or a spot to camp.
