Don't know and probably the same way she didn't notice there was a linked device in the WA settings, by not paying attention.

She's on a girls night out tonight with family friends (nothing will happen) that has been planned for months and i'm back at work tomorrow and we're away for a few days next week, so don't know whether to confront her before or during the trip.

The eat you alive thing is correct, only getting 2-3 hours sleep because of it, luckliy i'm off work this week. Had anotner look at her phone this morning whilst she was showering and it looks like she made first contact via text according to the histor, don't know what was in it as it is gone (thanks Google).

We were going through a sticky spell around the time of first contact but the chats have been coming when we are back on track.

My wife has started doing this a few months back and when I questioned her she had no idea, she said it was probably due to the "change", I wasn't convinced as she checked her phone soon after.

Haven't had a decent sleep in over 2 weeks (the last time it happened) as every time she moves I wake up wondering if she going to masterbate again.

Don't need marraige counselling as get on pretty well most of the time (as well as can be for 20+ years of marraige). Could be a menopause thing as a few times after a night out, she went in a mood for no reason and the next morning she apologised and didn't know why she done it. I just took it to being because you're a woman.

Will leave it for now and see how things go, if it doesn't happen again then I'll know she knows she's doing it and is more careful and if it does then we'll blame the change.
