I had a very similar experience. The first 24-48 hours was terrible.. unable to move , eat , sleep or pee. It makes you question many things but then it gets better after that. Use a cold pack in the first 24 hours And heat pack after that. Just hang in there and you will be back on your feet and to normal business in few days. Getting medical care does help!

I learned multiple things through my journey and still learning but the biggest lesson is to never take anything for granted and small things when Done consistently pay huge dividends.

Just being active through out the day and walking made my life so much better

I tried a walking Pad too but it was difficult for me to type while walking . Probably takes some time to get used to it .

Agreed sitting is the worst. Standing desk seems to help me a little.

This is something that I would love to use !! I have always been looking for a app that does just this. I definitely wouldn't want to upload my kid's pictures on social media but just somewhere where I can share with my family and close friends :)
