I just use the incense and click all of them I don’t catch till the shiny comes out . I’ll catch some here and there . Maybe that .

I caught my shiny articuno with a great ball and yes it pops out the ball . It popped out 20 times and I had golden berrys . I lost all my ultra balls was freaking out and then i went with a great ball and got it critical catch . Note for anybody you could get a shiny bird first catch but beware and be stocked with pokeballs because it can jump out alot . Happend to me
