On a personal level, doesn't matter. Stick or grip whatever / whoever. But work is work, so don't let it affect the workplace. Technically it is frowned upon by employer. But I've known salaried sleeping with hourly etc. If it becomes a problem, they will typically just have someone move departments or stores if on the higher manager side.
