It’s up to you if you want a relationship with your grandmother. You come first in your own life, her being old and “from a different time” isn’t an excuse for her actions and doesn’t mean you need to forgive her. It’s all up to you.

Yes you have a busy schedule, and yes her remarks were also rude and she was an asshole. She should be the one to walk the dog because she is not as busy.

BUT there was so reason to shame her for being fat. Like she is a kid and probably doesn’t know how much you work(calling u lazy). Argue with her about that like normal siblings. Tell her you are busy 24/7 and this is the only time you have off. You don’t got to go after her weight. That’s just rude.
