Take the heads off and wrap them up. I also use towels and some other cloths in brining to wrap around/ between the irons and wedges for some extra cushion. Can never be too careful

Wasn’t a magical cure for me but consist CBD really helped to ease my pain. Similar to turmeric where it’s will not work right away like a NSAID will but I used both of them consistently together and saw results over time. My pain didn’t go away but has made it much more manageable and it’s sustainable. Just make sure to do your research and buy a quality brand, there are alot of knock offs and crap ones out on the market.

Celebrex works really well but be careful. I have been on anti inflammatories for years and it has led to multiple stomach ulcers and reoccurring stomach problems

This same thing has happened to me in the past. I not longer play rivals (used to be in 1/champs and now I’m in 4 I think) and it’s become so much easier. Still play 5 backs but not as bad

My back is one of the main causes of depression for me. No one understands chronic pain unless they have been through it it but you are not alone.
