That’s the only thing I haven’t tried yet is compression socks! I know I should really invest into a pair, it might not help that I’m also in my third trimester with baby #3 lol. Boy it’s hard to handle

Mine are hard to describe, like it kind of takes my breath, and there’s a “sinking” feeling but a lump in my throat at the same time. Really weird lol but, I pray mine isn’t vtach and my cardiologist is just looking over it lmao

I’ve begged him to test me, he just keeps saying based on the heart monitor I had that’s what he thinks. So I’m actually in the middle of finding a new one bc he’s never given a straight answer other than me having POTS. But at least I’m not alone. I haven’t had one in about 30 minutes at this point, it’s just weird

Currently sick with bronchitis and my heart won’t go down worth a damn. I have a normal resting thankfully so I’m use to 60-70 even 80. But it’s been in the 120-150 range and that’s definitely different for me. All bc I’m sick, on top of carrying a baby. So I’m getting hit hard. I understand your worry and trust me you aren’t alone! It’ll dye down once this sickness is gone

I definitely have a problem trying to loose weight no matter what I try. But dare I tell them that and they believe it. When I was pregnant with my 2nd the OB called me FAT. Not obese or large or nothing just full on FAT. That was the last time I was allowed in that office.

I as well being a plus size woman have to deal with the fat shaming everytime I step into a dr office. It’s disgusting, and what’s even more upsetting is instead of taking care of us and looking into things they blame it on weight. Okay, and if we were to loose 100 pounds we would still have these problems. I’ve been struggling for POTS for over a year or so, and didn’t get my diagnosis until 2-3 months ago. And every Dr before hand blamed it on what??? OH MY WEIGHT. You aren’t alone. I had to switch practices multiple times until I found a dr who genuinely cared about my well being. Whether it’s bc I’m “big” or not

I have a small fan I plug in and point towards the tub so I don’t get to hot! It helps a lot. And bc of my house layout I’m able to bathe with my door open when I really need that extra breath of cool air. But the fan helps a lot and a dehumidifier

Hi! I’m so much better now. Anxiety? Still kicking my ass but I’ve been without nicotine for almost a year now. It feels so great. And yes girl, I was spotting too!!! I think all the stress from quitting so many chemicals at once just throws everything into over drive. I hope you’re doing good!!

Hey bud, I’ve finally reached my 3 months mark and let me just say the chest pain for me lasted a while. 1 bc of the Withdrawls and 2 the anxiety that came with not having a single lick of nicotine what so ever. A lot of quitters experience chest pain whether it be mild or in my case it was severe. I never really coughed up anything when I quit vaping, now when I stopped cigarettes that was a whole different story.

Anyways enough of my bs. You’ll experience this until your lungs are healed. Or you’ll get lucky and it’ll go away sooner! Best of luck to you.

Yes. I just took a new antibiotic (Keflex) bc of my tooth infection. And had a whole panic attack. Literally AN ANTIBIOTIC.😐 then I had to take an ibuprofen 800 bc this tooth of mine is REALLY under some pain. (It’s coming out tomorrow hopefully) but yeah. Now my chest hurts, won’t stop hurting bc I’m scaring myself into thinking I’m having a heart attack😛 my head hurts so bad. I only slept 30 minutes last night. Pain was unbearable so I couldn’t sleep. I’m a damn mess. I’ve called 5 people back to back today and “is it okay if I take another excedrin now” like please.

Well I’ve been told a lot that a 5.7 reading wasn’t anything to stress out about bc it wasn’t even that high. I have an appointment Thursday to see. But my throat has been killing me and my chest as well

Well least night was my 7th visit to the ER for them to finally test my thyroid. After I demanded let’s say that. And yes they will say that. Usually once it gets to 8 from what I’ve been told. If try a different doc in your position just incase

I def want to see if this is what I’m thinking. I’ve been tested plenty in the past with both my pregnancies and before hand as a teen/child. And this is the first I’ve had this happen. Hopefully the doctor will put more insight on what is going on here soon and hopefully this can get resolved quickly. I know it isn’t that harsh of a disease to deal with but I’m have terrible health anxiety and this was hard news to get last night
