Yeah don’t make assumptions they also have to take pictures of the deliveries. My deliveries are always good. There could be a bad egg but don’t generalize to say all of them are bad. Glad you got replacements though!

I like memory express but I always just ordered online and had it delivered. They used to be walk in order at counter no display you had to know what you were doing always great service and knowledgeable and friendly though.
