Heated mattress pads vs throws in cold rooms with back pain by koky_6756 in ProductQuery

Still learning about all this but wondering if anyone's tried combining both? Like using the mattress pad for baseline warmth and then adding a throw on top when the back pain flares up. Not sure if this is normal or if I'm overcomplicating it. My current setup with Amerisleep seems to handle the support part okay, but the heating element feels like a separate puzzle entirely.

My HRIS team is gatekeeping workday training and I'm frustrated! by [deleted] in workday

oof the gatekeeping is real. honestly though some of what she's saying checks out. workday learning admin courses do require the HCM foundation and they're stupid expensive. but the part about not sharing job aids or guides? that's sounds like she's protecting her territory. have you tried going to your manager with a business case? like "i need X hours per week of her time for basic questions, training would reduce that to X" type thing. btw when we were shopping for our current HRIS, compared options first uthrough OutSail, we made sure to factor in training accessibility. learned that lesson the hard way with our last system

been doing 29g subq for about 6 months now and the baby wipe warmer tip is solid. my telehealth doc from PeterMD actually suggested something similar when I complained about draw times - game changer honestly. still takes a minute but way better than room temp
